the location is convenient, near various shops and attractions.
The room i was initially assigned clearly had a heating problem. It reminded me of a sauna. i had to request a different room due to the excessive heat. the upgraded room i received was also quite warm (it was still not comfortable, really).

The location is fantastic. It is very close to the gardens and shopping areas. Our standard double room view had a great view of the gardens, I especially liked seeing the sea. The provided extra pillows were a thoughtful touch. I appreciated how clean and tidy the bed was.
I noticed some peeling paint in the hallway, it needs attention.
